ID Plans is hiring a Client Success Manager to support our team’s expansion and growth. Based in our Tampa, FL office, you’ll be responsible for overseeing a team that is focused on retaining and growing our most strategic and highest value customers. This role will report to the CRO and serve as a key member of the leadership team, helping set the strategy and plan for the future of Customer Success at ID Plans.
